Jeff was an absolute lifesaver. We had noticed that our AC wasn't cooling properly and then stopped cooling at all over the weekend. Im pregnant and a 80 degree house is not ideal. He squeezed us in on Monday and had the problem fixed in no time with a 1 year warranty on the repair. Jeff even made sure to explain to my husband everything he was doing and walked him through the process.  He even told us he would've happily come out over the weekend if we needed him. I will happily use him as my HVAC tech from here on out!

I called Jeff on Saturday & he came the next day & went through our system and told us what we needed to have done and today the job was completed 2 weeks after the initial call. Wow!  After spending almost a week with no AC and landlord sending two different people to attempt to fix it unsuccessfully, I researched local HVAC companies on my own and called Sunrise.  Jeff came the same evening at almost 9:00pm, and identified the issue within 10 minutes.  He was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help - it was apparent that he genuinely cares about his customers.  Even after the unit was fixed, he came back a few days later to clean it and fix some exposed low voltage wire.  A class act all around.  I cannot say enough good things about my experience, and will be calling him for all of my future needs.

We had lost heat and air and with my husband having medical problems I was worried how long we would have to wait. We got a call back the same day from Jeff and he was out the next day with all info. He ordered our unit and went to work way before other company's I had called even returned my call.  Once Jeff started working, he found things that were not done correctly from the old unit. Over the past year Sunrise Heating & Air Conditioning installed new HVAC systems for two of my properties.  Both homes were built in the early 1900's.  I was immediately impressed with the owner's (Jeff Sarvis) knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail needed to design and install a new heating and cooling system in an older home.  He removed fuel oil systems and installed two 2-Ton HVAC units with supporting ductwork, individual mini-splits and digital temperature control.  I was most impressed when one installed unit malfunctioned, and rather than explore a less costly alternative, Mr. Sarvis immediately replaced the unit in a timely manner.  The overall price was very competitive and work quality was above par.  Mr. Sarvis is honest, hardworking and detailed oriented, traits not commonly found.  I highly recommend Sunrise Heating & Air Conditioning and will use them again in the future.  Jeff Church, Owner, Church Properties, LLC

After reading and researching several local HVAC companies, we decided to call Sunrise because of the stellar local reviews and the fact that they are from Emporia, wanting to support local businesses as much as possible. We were impressed with  Jeff's knowledge and professionalism from the get, and decided to pull the trigger even though it was a pretty extensive project, and a bit of an investment. We needed all duct work replaced (in a crawlspace) a new air handler and heating system and air handler moved from the crawlspace to a closet in the house. We also added another air intake in the front of the house. No small feat, to say the least!

These guys were troopers, on all fronts. the epitome of professionalism, knowledge and work ethic. Our previous ductwork was a horrendous mess that had to be seen to believed, and the efficiency of the new system is truly remarkable. The construction part that had to be done was done well and quickly, and these guys cleaned up after themselves as well. I’ve worked around contractors my entire life- they aren’t always that considerate!



Just an exemplary job all the way around, and they also installed a new thermostat and grills for the vents. We'll never call anyone else, many thanks Jeff and crew!
